Allen's "Brand Licence"

In order to operate an Allen's store, utilising Allen’s branded packaging, menu systems, P.O.S. and signage, as well as the ability to purchase ancillary products and specialist cooking and holding equipment, you first need to sign our “Brand Licence”.

The “Brand Licence”*, is a simple six page document, which is designed to protect our trade marks and product quality, as well as giving you the Licensee, the reassurance of a long established and proven system together with the authority as a Licensee to use our “Brand”.
There is a flat fee, payable weekly, as a “Brand Licensee” irrespective of your turnover.

* Issued subject to the completion of a twelve month option agreement (non-refundable fee). Option fee and Brand Licence Fees are subject to VAT where applicable. Allen’s recommend that you take legal advice before signing legal agreements.
